Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Rotational Shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a leading global e-commerce platform in Lisbon! You will be part of a team ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries professionally.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Escalate critical or high-risk cases as needed.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure issue resolution.
• Improve processes by identifying recurring problems and reducing escalations.
• Engage sellers to build long-term trust in the platform.
• Support special projects based on business needs.

• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
