What You’ll Do:
🚁 Help customers with drone setup, troubleshooting, and product guidance
📞 Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
🛠 Diagnose technical issues related to drones, controllers, and software
📦 Manage orders, returns, and exchanges
📰 Stay up to date on the latest drone models and industry trends
😊 Ensure customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience with their DJI products
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
• Passion for drones, tech, and customer service
• Problem-solving mindset & strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
