What you'll do:

Key responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including support with purchases and sales-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with billing questions, transactions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through placing orders and resolving any associated challenges.
• Address technical issues by troubleshooting or escalating when necessary, and provide assistance with account-related concerns.
• Use diagnostic tools and follow standardized procedures to efficiently handle common questions and concerns.
• Aim to turn every interaction into a positive experience for the customer.
• Collaborate with your team to share ideas and problem-solving strategies.

Requirements:

• Being fluent (C2 level) in the Slovakian language;
• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level) required;
• Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential);
• Good analytic skills and logical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills;
• Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• EU citizenship or work permit for Greece.
