Job description

As a technical support agent, your job, together with your team, is to help users with sales, general inquiries, and technical support questions via phone/email/chat / social/social messaging channels.

Part of your daily activities will be:
• Resolving technical inquiries and troubleshooting the online marketing platform in a B2B environment;
• Using judgment in defining solutions for clients and adapting existing processes and methods to craft alternative solutions;
• Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.


Requirement

Fluent in the Italian language in both speech and writing;
Good knowledge of English is required;
Technical profile;
Experience in technical troubleshooting (meritorious but not required);
Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening skills;
Proactive and fast learning ability;
Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal;
